Attendance Enterprise provides advanced features for automating, analyzing and managing employee labor data, while meeting the scalability, reliability and security requirements of the largest organizations:

Optimize employee resources with labor management tools

Attendance Enterprise automates labor forecasting and budgeting. Employee schedules easily incorporate departmental transfers to support the borrowing and lending of employees. Attendance Enterprise collects employee and supervisor transactions and monitors employee movement throughout the day.

Comprehensive reporting of labor cost and time allocation helps businesses evaluate labor strategies. Attendance Enterprise provides detailed analysis in the form of actual vs. scheduled labor costs and actual vs. budgeted labor costs, departmental labor breakdowns, labor hours and dollars by pay designation, and more.

Automate work and pay rules for contractual and regulatory compliance

Attendance Enterprise easily calculates gross pay according to each company’s rules and maintains compliance with state and federal labor requirements.

The system handles complex and unique pay rules without custom programming, helping corporations to enforce private labor contracts with minimal oversight. Attendance Enterprise also maintains historical records of attendance and pay in the form of electronic time card archives. This supports worked-hours qualifications for FMLA eligibility and government supplier labor reporting. Detailed historical reporting is indispensable for wage and hour claims, wrongful termination litigation and other legal inquiries.

Handle attendance issues with performance management tools

Attendance Enterprise helps managers enforce attendance policies fairly, impartially and consistently. It flags exceptions to scheduled attendance such as tardiness and absenteeism, notifying supervisors of issues and trends. This helps employers to deal with attendance issues before they become chronic problems.

Attendance Enterprise's Incidents and Points module measures employee behavior against corporate attendance policies and automates enforcement. It assigns point values to attendance habits according to each company’s rules. Attendance Enterprise can automatically notify supervisors, generate letters to employees, and modify employee status based on point rules.

Grant and pay benefits according to company policy

Attendance Enterprise implements corporate rules for granting and using vacation, sick time and other benefits. Benefits can be scheduled ahead of time (such as pre-approved vacation time), with balances monitored and limits enforced.

Attendance Enterprise’s Benefit Accruals module automates the accrual of benefits, based on rules that can be tailored to company policy—without administrator intervention.

Support mobile and remote employees through web and wireless access

Attendance Enterprise offers web components that engage and inform employees.

Employee Self Service (ESS) provides web access for employees to view their schedules, time cards and benefits. They can punch in and out as well as request time off. ESS is available wherever employees have access to the internet—at home, at branch offices, on the road.

Employee Kiosk provides a browser-based interface for employee inquiries, viewing time cards and schedules, punching in and out, and other transactions. Kiosks are typically located in common areas, such as lunch rooms. Punch transactions are also available to internet cell phone subscribers, making Attendance Enterprise available to mobile employees.

Supervisors use Manager Self Service to view employee information, perform transactions, and make changes to time cards, schedules and other information. Strategic labor and performance data and analysis are available securely over the internet.
