About Us
Located in the front office of Time Equipment is a vintage mechanical time clock—pendulum driven! This was the first piece of equipment sold by John Brondello Sr., the founder of Time Equipment Company. This sale took place in 1928. The clock was returned to us by the original customer as a “timeless” reminder for the generations to follow.
Son Jack Brondello carried on the company’s founding principles until his recent retirement. Third-generation family members regard the clock as a visual reminder that the company was founded on basic—but essential—principles. First and foremost, give the customers what they need. (Believe it or not, the clock was “cutting-edge technology” in 1928). The second key principle has always been to give each and every purchaser superb customer service.
The Tradition Continues....
Today, over seventy years later, John Brondello III, president and grandson of the founder, continues to adhere to those founding principles. “We continue to focus on offering what our customers need for time and attendance monitoring. Many of our customers throughout the Northwest are curious about some of the new “high tech” options. Most assume that the costs are exorbitant; they are rather surprised at how cost effective these innovative systems have become,” shares Brondello. He adds, “while not every business is ready for a high tech system, we literally have ‘something for everybody’—whether the company has one employee or thousands—we have the selection and experience to meet the time-keeping needs of that company.”
